Susan took an impossible situation in an impossible real estate market and sucessfully pulled off the unimaginable.  She obtained an three year lease for my Denver home to excellent tenants and accomplished it within a month of listing.  I had to move out of my home to accept a job opportunity in another state and left my fate in Susan's capable hands.  She not only negotiated a win/win situation between me and my tenants but continues to manage the property as if I were there myself.
